- Initial submission length: 4-6 pages.
- Final submission length: 6 pages.
- Up to 2 additional pages are allowed with extra page charges.
- Paper size: A4.
- Format: IEEE two-column conference format.
- File type: PDF.
- Suggested PDF size limit: 5 MB.
- Accepted and presented full papers are expected to be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to IEEE requirements.
Abstract Paper
- Abstract papers are also solicited in all related areas of Real-time Computing and Robotics.
- Abstract papers can be submitted in any format.
- Abstract papers will NOT be included in IEEE Xplore and will NOT be indexed by EI.
- Submitting abstract papers is a good opportunity for researchers to attend the conference, present their latest results and explore research collaboration.
Supplementary Material
- Authors may upload supplementary materials such as videos to demonstrate experimental results.
- Supplementary materials are optional unless otherwise specified.
